Product Description

The Single Station Push Up Bar is a simple fitness aid which assists in doing push-ups. The elevated horizontal bar is set about a foot high after installation. Holding onto the bar makes it significantly easier to do push-ups than it is to do them on the ground, allowing anyone to do them without much difficulty.
